Have you ever noticed that when I, or any other blogger, do coupon match-ups...sometimes...you'll search and search...and can't find the mentioned coupon??

WELL....it happens here in Vegas FAR too often. We get left out of grocery store doubles...AND...we now have solid proof that we also get shafted in the coupon insert department.

Let me just mention Walgreens for instance. This week, WE could have gotten FREE Oreo cakesters...IF we had the coupon in our insert. We also could have gotten John Frieda shampoo for only $0.33 IF we had the $3.00 coupon in our insert.

Dear SmartSource Coupon insert distributor:

I feel that we, Las Vegans, are being left out in the coupon department. I was fortunate enough to get Sunday papers from both southern California AND Las Vegas...only to discover that you LOVE California more than Nevada. Why do they get to buy Oreo's for free?? Don't you think that we eat Oreo's in Las Vegas after we spend a full day at the slots?? Don't you think my roots need to be awakened by John Frieda after a LONG day at the pool and basking in the sun??

Did you fire your marketing manager?? Do you need help structuring marketing analysis to ensure that the printed coupons you are distributing will indeed be used?? I am available if you need any help.

Did you not give us Oreo coupons because you knew I was on a diet?? Because, I do sneak Oreos while on my diet.

Please do not force us to cross the borders and bring back contra-band coupons. But...if we must...we must. We will all ban together. Rent U-haul trucks...and venture to California in search of dollar store papers and we WILL get FREE Oreos.
