***Giveaway now closed...thanks for participating***
Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Old El Paso...they've heard my LOVE for all things Mexican and have shared some goodies with ME! They've come up with a way to have some yummy tacos for dinner and make it a game night also. GENIUS!
In my package...I received 2 coupons for FREE packages of Old El Paso products, a $10 gift card for the remaining fixings, the game rules, and questions and score cards. As of right now we don't have a taco night but I do think it has the possibilities of versatilty that a pizza night has. You can use beef, fish or chicken, or even go veggie with a refried mix You can use hard or soft tacos, corn or flour. You have a variety of toppings that are only as limited as your imagination from lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, corn, olives or anything else.......
There I got the dreaded first entry that never wins out of the way for you.

My favorite part about taco night is that we can each create "different" dinners! I try to have a variety of toppings and sides so we can each create our tacos (or burritos, if we use tortillas!) the way we want. Plus, leftovers are easy... throw everything in a container together and put on a bed of lettuce the next day for taco salads!! Its a win win to me AND my family, plus Old El Paso is out favorite brand of Mexican foods to fix at home. In fact, my husband refuses any other mexican rice that their boxed Spanish Rice!!
Thanks!

we all make the tacos the way eavh of us want them. I get a taco salad, the kids eat just the cheese in the shell and the hubby eats then like normal people. :)

My favorite part is that homemade tacos taste as good as tacos from a chain. In fact, we always forget how good they are. Plus they are easy to make.
I like that it's a time that the three of us chow down on some yummy taco's! :) purposedrivenlife4you at gmail dot com
